Leader Of Our Boat is back (by popular demand) after 5 years, it kind of got forgotten about with the arrival of myspace and later facebook.

Origin of LEADER OF OUR BOAT

The leader of the boat thing comes from my friend STUART. One night after going to our local alternative night club – The Waterfront – he was very upset as he’d asked out a girl he has fancied for ages and she said no. We were sitting outside The Waterfront and he said something like “lets sing the Henry song” we had no idea what he was talking about. He sung something like “Henrys a punt and hes a fucking cunt”. We think it was probably a drunken football song or something.

The next week he sung it again and it goes “_____ is the leader of our boat of our boat, ______ is the leader of our boat of our boat, cos our boats a punt and hes a fucking cunt, _____ is the leader of our boat of our boat” .
– its sung to a kind of “head, shoulders, knees and toes” tune. 

I thought it was a good name for my website.
